Welcome to Em B Baking! By placing an order or submitting a request through our website, you agree to the following terms:
Pricing & Packages
By the Dozen – Starting at $70
Comes with 6 custom designs! You can choose all 6 designs or pick and choose your favorites to make your cookie set perfectly yours.
By the Cookie – Starting at $5 per cookie
Up to 4 cookies: 1 custom design
5–8 cookies: 2 custom designs
9–15 cookies: 3 custom designs
If you’d like more than 15 cookies or have specific designs in mind, the Complete Custom Order package is the perfect fit for your event. Pricing for custom orders depends on the details of your request, including designs, quantity, cookie cutter needs, colors, and other specifics.
Additional Terms
Order Process: All orders require a completed request form and a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery.
Design Finalization: Cookie designs must be finalized one week before your event. Up to one design change is allowed after your initial consultation.
Special Cookie Cutters: If your order requires a new cookie cutter, the cost will be added to your invoice.
Delivery & Pickup: Pickup is free within Frederick, MD. Delivery is available on a case-by-case basis and may include additional fees. Em B Baking reserves the right to decline delivery if logistics are not feasible.
Cancellations & Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Orders canceled prior to design finalization may receive partial refunds at the discretion of Em B Baking.
Allergy & Ingredients: Cookies may contain common allergens. Clients are responsible for informing Em B Baking of any allergy concerns.
Limitation of Liability: Em B Baking is not responsible for any damages or losses after cookies are delivered or picked up.
